Spiral Flow — Mobile App
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Spiral Flow mobile application (the "App") operated by Sharaido Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All content, graphics, code, and assets within the App are the exclusive property of Sharaido Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policy. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Sale.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharaido Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services and encourage you to review their terms independently.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bursa, Turkey.
